Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linkvel (the "Service"), operated by Linkvel ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Linkvel. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, suspensions, bans, or payout reviews. We may require identity, address, tax, or payout verification at any time and may suspend access until verification is complete.

Linkvel lets creators wrap destination URLs in monetized unlock pages and tracks visitor activity for the purpose of estimating earnings. Features, pricing, payout rates, hold periods, fees, supported payout methods, and minimum payout thresholds may change at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow others to use the Service, to:

• distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates any applicable law or third-party right;
• distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or content that deceives or harms visitors;
• distribute sexually explicit, child-exploitative, or extremist content;
• distribute unlicensed gambling, weapons, controlled substances, or counterfeit goods;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• resell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service.

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud:

• artificial, incentivized, automated, or bot-driven traffic;
• traffic from click farms, paid-to-click services, VPN/proxy abuse, or emulator farms;
• self-clicking, family/friend rings, or coordinated unlock activity;
• misleading link descriptions, bait-and-switch destinations, or hidden links;
• spam distribution via email, SMS, comment sections, forums, social platforms, or any unsolicited channels;
• tampering with countdown, anti-bot, or attribution mechanisms;
• exploiting bugs, race conditions, or any technical means to inflate earnings.

We use automated and manual fraud detection. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate suspicious activity, request supporting evidence, withhold payouts pending review, reverse balances and prior earnings, disable or delete links, restrict features, suspend payouts, ban users, and terminate accounts. Decisions related to fraud and traffic quality are final.

We may at any time request documentation including government-issued ID, proof of address, source-of-traffic disclosure, ownership of payout accounts, and tax forms. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in payout suspension, account suspension, balance forfeiture, or termination.

You retain ownership of the destination URLs you wrap with Linkvel. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, cache, transmit, and present the unlock pages and associated metadata necessary to operate the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share each destination and that the destinations comply with these Terms.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, ban, or terminate your account, disable or remove any link, withhold or reverse any balance, suspend payouts, or limit features if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, exposed us or other users to risk, or for any reason required by law. You may close your account at any time; closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure and does not entitle you to disputed or withheld balances.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including rates, fees, features, payout methods, supported regions, or hold periods, at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, OR ANY SPECIFIC LEVEL OF EARNINGS OR TRAFFIC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKVEL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EARNINGS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID TO YOU BY US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkvel and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or links, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed informally by contacting support@linkvel.com. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in our place of incorporation, conducted in English. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of our place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply, those laws will prevail to the extent required.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkvel regarding the Service.
